Kleinfelder\'s Oklahoma City, Oklahoma office is looking for an Entry Level Geotechnical Engineer to join our engineering team with experience, skills and interest in developing their career We are looking for someone experienced in: Geotechnical Field Investigations Soil and Rock Classification/Boring Logs Pavement Design Engineering Analysis Report Preparation The ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years\' experience and: Positive work attitude and ability to work safely and efficiently when managing multiple tasks Ability to work independently or with a team in a multi-disciplinary environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Including Word, Excel, and Power Point preferred An ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers, supervisors, clients, subcontractors and regulators Education The ideal candidate will have: Bachelors or Masters in Civil Engineering (geotechnical emphasis preferred) Additional EIT is preferred (or the ability to obtain within 3 to 6 months) Be able to obtain PE license within 4 years of hiring Some construction material testing and inspection related experience are also preferred Following an offer, candidates will be required to satisfactorily complete employment reference checks, verification of professional licensure and/or educational credentials, a motor vehicle report (MVR), and a comprehensive background check.
