Responsibilities Customer Service Representative, II Assist internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person with questions about enrollments, payments, refunds and general class information: 35% Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and quarterly auditing reports on enrollments and payments: 15% Receive and post student and departmental payments: 15% Attend meetings to embed with programs, receive training, and stay updated on University issues: 5% Perform data entry related to enrolling, dropping and transferring students in noncredit classes: 20% Miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned: 10% Minimum Qualifications EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT : 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience). Department may hire employee at one of the following job levels: Customer Service Representative, I: Requires little to no related experience. Customer Service Representative, II: Requires at least 1 year of related experience. Preferences Strong attention to detail; ability to respect confidentiality of sensitive records and maintain professionalism and neutrality; interest in performing and optimizing support functions within larger organizations.
