Location: Bellevue WA (Onsite) Type: 12 Month Contract Pay Range: $30 - $34/hr

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual systems.
• Manage system infrastructures and recommend system functional specifications.
• Perform backup and recovery of IT infrastructure.
• Update and support systems by tuning performance and allocating storage space.
• Implement critical patches and review system performance logs to identify anomalies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions.
• Coach and review the work of junior technical staff.
• Collaborate with internal experts to develop technical solutions.
• Communicate effectively with internal and client project team members to influence solution design and processes.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or - Master's degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of technical domain principles, theories, and concepts.
• Broad understanding of related specialty areas.
• Ability to work independently and achieve significant impact on operational results.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop solutions to complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills to influence team members and stakeholders.
• Leadership skills to coach and review the work of lower-level technical staff.
