Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown units.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient health status and respond promptly to changes in condition.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control, and patient safety policies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid and unrestricted Arizona RN license or valid, participating compact license.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of current experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown nursing.
  
  
• 
  BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
  
  
• 
  Ability to float flexibly between units as needed.
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
