Seasonal Selling Associate

Summary The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the store's selling team during the busy holiday season. This role welcomes clients, helps connect them with appropriate associates, and delivers a welcoming and efficient customer experience. Responsibilities Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with associates based on their needs. Work across store areas as business needs require and process point-of-sale transactions. Address escalated customer issues by connecting clients with management and follow up on customer requests. Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting room experiences, and other client services in partnership with store teams. Requirements At least one year of experience in a customer-focused role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services. Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
