This is not an entry-level role. Applicants must have at least 2 years of residential HVAC install experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC system installations
- Deliver clean, high-quality workmanship
- Lead install helpers and apprentices
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Maintain organized and efficient job sites
- Troubleshoot installation issues in the field
- Ensure work meets code and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC install experience
- EPA Certification preferred
- Leadership mentality
- Strong communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Clean driving record preferred
Compensation & Benefits

- Earn an additional $125 per unit installed with no callbacks
- Install one qualifying system per workday and potentially earn an additional $2,500+ per month in bonuses
