Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking an ICU Registered Nurse with critical care expertise to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a dedicated professional with strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to varying patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient condition and develop customized care plans for critical patients.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal patient stability.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing life-saving interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CA RN license with updated Nursys verification within the past two weeks.
• Possess a minimum of two years of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience.
• Maintain active certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS from AHA or ARC.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Be willing to work every other weekend and participate in on-call rotations based on census.
