Assist with managing the day-to-day operations, leasing, and maintenance of our storage facilities. Requirements Responsibilities: Assist with the management of property operations, including leasing, customer relations, rent collection, and financial reporting Maintaining the property through regular maintenance checks, conducting daily property walks to ensure that safety and security requirements are met, making minor repairs as needed Upholding cleanliness standards throughout the property, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, emptying trash, cleaning out storage units, and other cleaning responsibilities as needed Responding to customer inquiries, understanding and presenting amenities through tours of property and explaining terms of occupancy/leasing agreements Respond to customer complaints and emergencies promptly and professionally Follow company policies and procedures to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and ensure a positive tenant experience Physical Requirements: Ability to bend and lift to move items at least 25 or more pounds Ability to operate tools and equipment, such as bolt cutters, grinders and drills Ability to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time while performing indoor and outdoor job responsibilities Requirements: Flexibility to work at multiple locations Ability to multitask and remain organized Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office Ability to meet sales goals Valid driver's license Top Reasons to Join Self Storage Plus: Paid time off and holidays Self Storage Plus is a leading self storage property manager based in the Washington, DC, area.
