Job Summary And Qualifications Daily oversight / performance of the histochemistry workload, including policies, procedures, and quality. Technical bench work, including routine histology, appropriate to licensure. Coordination with pathologists, anatomic pathology office, cytotechnologists, immuno-histologists, surgery department. Qualifications ASCP certification as immunohistochemistry specialist preferred Histotechnologist (ASCP certified preferred) with a minimum of 3 years of hospital laboratory experience in all phases of anatomic pathology, including embedding, processing, sectioning, special stains, frozen sections Two years experience in performing multiple immunohistochemistry tests Los Robles Regional Medical Center is a 380+ bed acute care hospital dedicated to serving the residents of Ventura and Los Angeles Counties along with the Greater Conejo Valley.
