Guide teams in selecting and applying the right technologies and practices to create secure, scalable, innovative solutions that address complex client and business needs.Develop people and high-performing teams, foster strong engineering and delivery practices, lead through change, manage delivery risks, and translate business strategy into measurable technology outcomes.Utilize AI strategically to enhance client solutions, incorporating AI tools to streamline development, uncover insights, and accelerate delivery while upholding and articulating responsible, ethical AI practices in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.Deliver presentations and facilitate meetings while adapting communication to varying audiences including high level stakeholdersIdentify needs and strengths for career progression of team members and create opportunities for developmentMentor junior colleagues by providing career development goals, meeting regularly, writing and deliver semi-annual reviews, and advocating for their career advancementSupport company growth by building and maintaining a strong professional network as well as contributing to the recruitment of new employeesActively represent our culture by leading and participating in efforts around continuous learning, personal and professional development, community service and team buildingWork within a hybrid model, sometimes at home and sometimes in the officeActively engage in our culture of continuous learning, personal and professional development, and lead community service and social gathering eventsWork with smart, humble, and supportive peopleWe Look For:The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:Passionate technologists with 7+ years of professional experience and a strong foundation in application developmentAbility to independently identify and diagnose customer needs, frame the underlying problem, and design pragmatic solutions—acting as a proactive advisor rather than simply executing requests.Background in technical and/or management consulting, or equivalent industry experience serving internal clients (e.g., as part of a tiger team or similar internal consulting function)Experience leading cloud-native engineering initiatives, preferably on AWS or AzureExperience architecting technical solutions for complex problems and delivering them to technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrated project management experience - planning, estimation, execution, issue/risk management and resource management/allocationExperience across all phases of the SDLC and Agile software development practicesCurrent project leadership of technical teamsEnthusiastic about coaching and mentoring others helping them develop their careersAbility to become a trusted advisor by building and managing relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionalsBachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable experienceLegally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorshipPariveda BenefitsTransparent and Equitable Salary. The salary range for this position is $139,100 - 153,000 annually.
