Our client, a well-established and growing digital marketing agency on Long Island, is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to lead paid social strategy across an exciting portfolio of clients. This is an opportunity to own campaign performance, work directly with clients, mentor junior talent, and influence the future direction of paid social initiatives within a collaborative and innovative agency environment. Hybrid work schedule Competitive salary plus bonus potential Leadership opportunity with direct client exposure Diverse portfolio of clients and industries Collaborative and supportive agency culture Opportunity to mentor and develop junior team members High visibility and impact across the organization What You'll Be Doing Lead paid social strategy across Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms Manage campaign planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting Develop audience targeting strategies, budget recommendations, and conversion goals Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams to drive performance Present insights and recommendations directly to clients Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices Mentor and support a Paid Social Strategist What We're Looking For 5 years of paid social media experience Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads Experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment strongly preferred Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience segmentation, attribution, and conversion tracking Experience with Google Analytics and performance reporting Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills Experience leading or mentoring junior team members Influencer marketing experience is a plus If you're a paid social expert who enjoys strategy, client relationships, leadership, and driving measurable business results, we'd love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr Engage Partners Inc.
