Stocking Team Supervisor

Location: WM Supercenter #673, 3050 Wilma Rudolph Blvd, Clarksville, TN 37040-5031 Position ID: CP-673-9049 Salary: $20.00 - $33.00/hr (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location). Employment type: Full time, shifts may vary. Role summary Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. Most of their time is spent in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary. What you’ll do Stocking, backroom, and receiving associates ensure customers can find all items on their shopping list. Responsibilities include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, and aiding customers during stocking. This fast‑paced role can be physically demanding. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season or specific work.
