Workplace AI & Microsoft 365 Solutions Advisor

This role designs and delivers Workplace AI enablement programs that accelerate the safe, practical adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the enterprise. This position partners with executives, business leaders, and department stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, lead discovery and solution-shaping workshops, and develop rapid proofs of concept using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Agent Builder, and Copilot Studio.

Communication and program leadership are central to the role: present to senior leadership, manage enterprise technical programs from discovery through deployment, and develop reusable communications, training, and coaching resources. The role collaborates with Security, Compliance, and platform owners to align solutions with enterprise guardrails and deliver measurable stakeholder outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drives adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot through coordinated communications and enablement: develops and delivers targeted training, facilitates office hours and coaching, and helps grow a network of champions. 

• Recommends and promotes governance practices, usage guidelines, and guardrails that support secure, compliant, responsible, and scalable adoption aligned with enterprise policies and data protection requirements. 

• Monitors adoption and value indicators - including active use, user feedback, time saved, and progression from prototype to deployment—and recommends iterative improvements that sustain usage and business outcomes. 

• Designs and delivers Workplace AI demonstrations, discovery workshops, and prototypes aligned with business outcomes and user workflows.  

• Assesses opportunities and constraints – including data readiness, permissions, integration options, and governance requirements - and advises teams on solution approach, feasibility, and effort.  

• Builds rapid prototypes using prompt patterns, agent conversation flows, and lightweight integrations to validate technical feasibility, business value, and user experience.  

• Leads strategic workplace technology initiatives through research, proof of concepts, and advisory consulting, translating stakeholder needs into prioritized use cases and actionable delivery plans.  

• Produces clear solution documentation and deployment plans, including architecture options, backlogs, evaluation criteria, and operational considerations, to support transition to end user teams.  

• Creates and maintains reusable enablement assets—including starter kits, templates, prompt libraries, checklists, and reference architectures—to reduce time -to -value and improve delivery consistency.  

• Identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency by recommending and prototyping Microsoft 365 automation patterns that reduce manual effort and improve service quality. 

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires 6–8 years of related experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, enterprise technology programs, product delivery, consulting, or digital transformation. 
• Typically requires 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or comparable Copilot agent capabilities, including facilitating workshops, building prototypes, and supporting early deployments.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of Workplace AI, Microsoft 365, Copilot capabilities, and modern productivity workflows.
• Works independently with minimal guidance and prioritizes multiple concurrent engagements and stakeholder requests based on business value, feasibility, risk, and urgency. 
• Demonstrates the ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems by clarifying needs, shaping scope, and balancing speed, quality, business value, and enterprise constraints.
• Applies new perspectives to Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio capabilities to create reusable patterns and repeatable reference solutions.
• Demonstrates experience managing enterprise technical programs from discovery through deployment, coordinating across IT, Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver on commitments.
• Operates effectively in a consultative model across departments and executive initiatives aligning diverse stakeholders and tailoring recommendations to business context.
• Serves as a resource for colleagues with less experience by facilitating; community learning, sharing reusable practices, and providing informal coaching and training.  
• Applies internal standards, external best practices, and emerging trends to improve enablement methods, prototype quality, and adoption outcomes. 
• Uses best practices and internal/external trends to improve enablement approaches, prototype quality, and adoption outcomes. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication and executive presence, including experience presenting to senior leadership and facilitating business-facing workshops and discussions. 

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$102,900.00 - $148,500.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
