SVP, Enterprise Operations Change Leadership

M&T Bank

Wilmington, DE

M&T Bank is seeking a Director, SVP of Enterprise Operations Change Management to lead the change management capability within Enterprise Operations Enablement. You will guide adoption of strategic initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and build a high-performing team focused on organizational readiness and stakeholder engagement. The role requires 9+ years in change management and 3+ years of people leadership, with experience guiding large-scale transformations in regulated environments.
