Senior Paralegal

Job Description

Insight Global seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Paralegal with significant experience in commercial real estate transactions. This position supports real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development projects, along with corporate and commercial legal matters, reporting directly to the General Counsel / Chief Commercial Officer. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings substantive real estate paralegal expertise, and has the ability to manage complex transactions from inception through closing across a growing portfolio.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate required • 7+ years of experience in a paralegal role, with significant hands-on experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development projects • Experience working directly with commercial/business teams on contract negotiation • Familiarity with legal technology platforms (specifically GC AI, Claude, Docusign, SharePoint, or similar) • Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership • High degree of discretion given direct access to General Counsel and senior leadership. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain certification
