Patient Account Rep-Clinics
Thibodaux Regional Health System
Individual will be responsible for the scheduling, registering, pre-registering, obtaining authorizations/pre-certs, and coordinating charge entry processing for the physician practice. This position will be responsible for answering inquires from patients and insurance companies in a professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS: Educational and/or Professional Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous Experience:- A minimum of 6 months experience working in a business office, clinic, or hospital setting required.
- Insurance and collection experience is preferred.
- Able to operate a computer.
- Possess basic mathematical skills.
