Retail Sales Associate, Green Hills - Flex

Job Overview As a Retail Selling Flex Colleague, you will blend strong sales performance with genuine hospitality to create unforgettable shopping experiences. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right products and services. Your goal is to achieve selling targets, build trust, and inspire loyalty. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly conversations to build relationships. Provide personalized product recommendations and support for sales floor and fitting room inquiries. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales space. Update signage, pricing, and merchandise displays as needed. Assist customers in opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty program benefits. Process cash register transactions accurately. Support team members to meet daily sales target challenges. Complete end‑of‑shift clean‑up and walk‑about with customers, using their names and thanking them sincerely. Qualifications Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Effective communication skills with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors. Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English. Comfortable using electronic devices and handheld equipment for cash processing. Eager to adapt to changing priorities while working independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for meeting people. Essential Physical Requirements Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Reaches including above eye level. Requires clear and color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers. Hours & Schedule Flex Team Colleagues must work a minimum of 42 hours per quarter during the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd fiscal quarters (February–April, May–July, August–October). During the 4th fiscal quarter (November–January) the minimum is 60 hours. Shift assignments may vary during key days and weekend requirements may apply. Hourly requirements are subject to change.
