Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions Conduct preventive care visits, health screenings, and patient education Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results Prescribe medications and develop appropriate treatment plans in accordance with scope of practice Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Adhere to clinical guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing required Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Virginia Department of Health Professions or Compact State Licensure required Nurse Practitioner license from the Virginia Department of Health Professions preferred National Nurse Practitioner Certification (or eligibility upon hire) required BLS and ACLS certifications required Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Retirement plan options Compensation Range: $123,260.80 - $234,145.60 Additional Job Description At VHC Health, every role contributes to exceptional care, better outcomes, and stronger communities.
