Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a 51-bed Level III NICU setting
• Manage patient assignments at varying acuity ratios (1:1, 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4) based on patient needs
• Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge RNs and respiratory therapists
• Float to Pediatrics, PICU, or Mother Baby (babies only) as needed
• Adhere to unit dress code and all applicable unit guidelines and policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Detail-oriented and highly organized work style

Preferred Experience / Skills

• S.T.A.B.L.E. certification
• NIC-RNC (Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing Certification)
