Responsibilities As a US purchaser digital CX specialist, you’ll be accountable for developing virtual sales (such as omni‑channel initiated digitally for in‑shop pickup or drive‑up) with top patron retail partners. This includes defining and implementing visitor‑generating and academic packages, CRM campaigns, overall performance objectives, and optimizing the client adventure to achieve conversion goals. You’ll drive the end‑to‑end shipping of virtual income and virtual web page execution applications, collaborating with retail associates to construct and enforce virtual account plans, characteristic enhancement roadmaps, and online sales programs. You may draw insights from net analytics and leverage your deep functional expertise in eCommerce and CRM to collaborate with commercial enterprise companions that will grow the platform’s proportion, create momentum, and build upon Apple’s growth in the digital channel. Qualifications 8+ years of sales/vending experience with awareness of promoting to eCommerce marketplaces and retail partners. Minimum five years of virtual/web page merchandising or equivalent experience in eCommerce and CRM. Proven achievement delivering growth through revolutionary digital merchandising, marketing, and operations. Robust analytical capabilities, hassle‑solving capacity, and creativity to translate strategy into measurable motion. Talent in web analytics, with Adobe Analytics preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate outcomes to commercial enterprise terms. Ability to network effectively, build relationships, and impact key stakeholders regarding partner approach, assets, and budgets.
