Enzo’s Italian Market & Osteria brings authentic Italian food and hospitality to the Carolinas through our market, deli, bakery, Caffè, and Osteria. Our team takes pride in quality food, a clean and welcoming environment, and working together to provide a great experience for every guest.
Position Overview
We are looking for friendly and outgoing Front of House Team Members to help create a welcoming experience for our guests. This is a versatile customer-facing position that may include greeting guests, assisting and directing customers, handling transactions, inventory restocking, answering customer questions, and supporting the overall flow of service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and customers with friendly, attentive service
- Assist guests with questions about menu items, products, and services
- Operate the POS system and accurately process transactions
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked front-of-house areas
- Help maintain merchandise, displays, and customer areas when needed
- Complete opening, closing, and general cleaning responsibilities
- Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience that reflects Enzo’s commitment to Italian hospitality
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to help wherever needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
