Enzo’s Italian Market & Osteria brings authentic Italian food and hospitality to the Carolinas through our market, deli, bakery, Caffè, and Osteria. Our team takes pride in quality food, a clean and welcoming environment, and working together to provide a great experience for every guest.

Position Overview

We are looking for friendly and outgoing Front of House Team Members to help create a welcoming experience for our guests. This is a versatile customer-facing position that may include greeting guests, assisting and directing customers, handling transactions, inventory restocking, answering customer questions, and supporting the overall flow of service.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and customers with friendly, attentive service
Assist guests with questions about menu items, products, and services
Operate the POS system and accurately process transactions
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked front-of-house areas
Help maintain merchandise, displays, and customer areas when needed
Complete opening, closing, and general cleaning responsibilities
Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Provide a warm and welcoming experience that reflects Enzo’s commitment to Italian hospitality

Qualifications

Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required
Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Dependable, punctual, and willing to help wherever needed
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
