Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide differentiated instruction in small groups or one-on-one settings
• Monitor and record students’ progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Work closely with general education teachers and support staff to integrate specialized instruction
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns
• Participate in staff meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development sessions
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations concerning special education
