Practice Info Work alongside 8 Anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs Diverse case mix including General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, Gynecology, Plastics, Urology, and Interventional Radiology Perform regional blocks (interscalene, supraclavicular, popliteal, femoral) to support ERAS protocols and a robust orthopedic program Minimal call burden with beeper call from home Work within a modern, well-equipped facility Responsibilities Provide high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties, ensuring optimal patient safety and comfort Perform advanced regional blocks to support a progressive, opioid-sparing ERAS program Collaborate with a skilled team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists, contributing to a collegial and highly efficient practice Maintain a strong focus on patient-centered care Compensation Starting Salary: $540,000 Generous Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 Benefits Full Benefits Package: health, dental, vision, disability insurance, and 401(k) matching Shift & Schedule Full-time W2 opportunity Brand-new shift model, giving you full control over your work-life balance Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist Residents Welcome
