Lead Residential Counselor — Shelter Operations & Support

DESC (Downtown Emergency Service Center)

DESC (Downtown Emergency Service Center) in Seattle seeks a Residential Counselor Supervisor to oversee a team of Residential Counselors and ensure 24/7 building operations and tenant support. You will collaborate with the Project Manager and other supervisors on program needs and may perform duties of frontline staff as needed. Responsibilities include crisis management, safety and security enforcement, coordinating resident activities, supervising staff, and coordinating with clinical and #J-18808-Ljbffr DESC (Downtown Emergency Service Center)
