Prattville - Reception / Concierge - Full-time We are seeking a friendly and helpful Receptionist (Customer Concierge) to manage incoming calls, assist customers, and support our team. The ideal candidate will have a customer service background and a basic understanding of automotive service. Key responsibilities include: Answer incoming telephone calls in a warm and professional manner. Gather relevant information to efficiently transfer calls to the appropriate person. Log missed calls and ensuring follow-up as needed. Take messages and send/receive electronic communications. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, administrative, clerical, or call center roles. Familiarity with automotive sales/service is a plus. Strong phone and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills. Courteous and pleasant demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
