Responsibilities Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet standards, and monitor safety and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift. Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments achieve their goals. As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with flexibility and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate‑owned restaurant.
