YC S24-backed AI healthcare startup. Founding opportunity with early equity. Company reached seven figures in revenue during its first year, has 100+ universities using the platform, and all inbound demand with significant growth ahead.

Scope of Role

First dedicated Operations hire responsible for customer support, onboarding, CRM management, process improvement, workflow automation, operational infrastructure, and supporting CS/GTM/Operations as the company scales.

What will you be doing?

• Owning customer support and freeing up the founding team's time to focus on growth
• Identifying repeated problems across the customer lifecycle and building automated solutions (e.g., Zapier workflows, templated materials)
• Managing customer onboarding logistics — setup, access, communications, and follow-through
• Maintaining CRM hygiene, tracking pipeline commitments, and ensuring nothing slips
• Operating autonomously across CS, GTM, and internal ops — spotting problems and fixing them without handholding

Key Requirements

• Based in NYC and able to work in-person full-time (Union Square office)
• Technically minded — CS degree, data background, or demonstrated comfort building automations and working with AI tools
• Must have early-stage VC-backed start-up experience
• Thrives in ambiguity and lack of structure — can self-direct, prioritize, and execute without heavy guidance
• Competitive drive and high agency — ex-founders, D3 athletes at top schools, or similar signals of relentless follow-through
• Technical degree is a plus but not required
• Year of Experience: 0 – 2 years preferred
