About the Role:
Join our team at National Compressor Exchange as a Factory Worker! In this dynamic role, you will be an essential part of our production process, helping us deliver high-quality products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow.
Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, ability to speak and read English clearly required.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is a plus, but we can train for the position.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic understanding of machinery operation.
Effective communication skills and teamwork mindset.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
