IT Project Manager

We're hiring an IT Project Manager to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
• 3 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity on one or more project teams
• Experience with Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Teams)
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Demonstrated IT project management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, dependability, accountable for results, adaptable, and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead several projects (one to five) in a strong matrix environment, executing SDLC methodologies
• Develop and monitor project plans, communication plans, risk management plans, and project artifacts from project initiation to post-implementation/closure
• Ensure project deliverables are complete on time, on budget, within scope, and in accordance with standards
• Responsible daily for the development, execution, and maintenance of project plans and project communications

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of job-related work experience or 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate degree in any major
