Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient assessments and screenings across all age groups.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Prescribe medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted NM state Nurse Practitioner license.
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• Proven experience in family medicine or primary care.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and supportive environment.
