Job Description

Join our dedicated team at the Chattanooga, TN Fibers Plant, and play a vital role in our production process. We're looking for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Production Operator to help ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review process specifications to ensure processing accuracy.
• Operate cutting equipment as directed and complete shift machine paperwork.
• Fill out the production board and document countermeasures accurately.
• Perform quality checks as required to maintain high standards.
• Enter production data into SAP and generate tickets.
• Affix tickets to finished pallets.
• Program printers and change ribbon as needed.
• Replace paper rolls when necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Proficient using a computer and common software applications.
• Previous forklift experience and/or certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to calculate simple math problems and read/use a tape measure.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
