Catering/Event Manager - Full Time Sugarfire Smoke House | Wentzville, MO As the Catering/Event Manager at Sugarfire Smoke House, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, from conventions and meetings to parties and weddings. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute events, ensuring all details are managed for a seamless experience. Staff and manage the event on-site, working closely with the team to meet client expectations. Coordinate logistics, including catering, setup, and breakdown of events. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Requirements Proven experience in event planning or management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
