Business Analytics Consultant Sr

Position Overview At PNC, we leverage our people as a differentiator to deliver the best customer experience. As a Senior Business Analytics Consultant in the Capital Markets Group, you will be based in New York, NY or Pittsburgh, PA. You will be the central product owner for the firm’s fixed income electronic trading platform, responsible for maximizing business value, revenue and ROI from electronic trading technologies. You will act as a liaison between the trading desk, technology partners, vendors and internal support teams, driving continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary product owner for fixed income electronic trading platforms, focusing on optimizing trader and salesperson performance and revenue generation. Serve as a subject matter expert on system functionality and downstream trading processes, including configuration of system access, controls, and pricing rules. Oversee electronic trading platform governance, including entitlement management and control frameworks. Continuously assess and enhance electronic trading workflows, tools and operating models. Interface with trading desks, system vendors, ECN/ATS providers, PNC MIS, and internal support teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory, compliance and audit inquiries related to electronic trading. Manage vendor relationships and control costs across all electronic trading technologies, including Bloomberg. Leverage fixed‑income business knowledge and technical skills (SQL, Python) to accelerate solution development and bridge the gap between business and technology. Stay current on industry trends, market structure changes and electronic trading innovations. Support the COO with strategic initiatives, business cases and analytical support as needed. Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge of the fixed‑income business and market structure. Experience with electronic trading platforms and workflows. Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal functionality. Proficiency in SQL and Python. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education, certification and experience). Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience. Licenses: None required. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $71,500.00 – $142,350.00. The role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business and/or individual performance.
