Benefits A true work‑life balance A supportive, family‑oriented team environment Positive and uplifting workplace culture Medical insurance Dental care after one year Paid vacation after one year Paid holidays Requirements Experience and licensing: 5+ years of chairside experience and a current, active Texas RDA license Reliability: Professional who shows up on time, ready to hit the ground running Proactive mindset: Self‑starter who anticipates doctors' needs and stays two steps ahead Plus skills: Experience with front‑desk duties is a major advantage Organization: Multitasking ability with a clean, organized operatory and lab Core Responsibilities Provide high‑level 4‑handed chairside assistance for general and/or specialty procedures Take high‑quality digital x‑rays Manage HIPAA, OSHA, and sterilization protocols, lab cases and supply inventory precision Educate patients on oral hygiene and post‑operative care with a positive, friendly attitude Assist the front office team as needed Schedule Monday and Wednesday: 7:45AM–5:00PM Tuesday and Thursday: 6:45AM–4:00PM (Early out for afternoon errands!) Every other Friday: 7:45AM–3:00PM (Hello, long weekends!)
