What You’ll Do In this next-step role, you’ll move beyond transactional work into analysis, ownership, and business impact: Lead key aspects of the close process , including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations Analyze financial results and investigate variances to ensure accuracy and provide insights to leadership Take ownership of fixed asset accounting , including additions, disposals, and depreciation schedules Work cross-functionally to ensure data integrity across systems (including Salesforce and accounting platforms) Identify process improvements and help streamline accounting workflows and reporting Support and contribute to budgets and forecasts , partnering with leadership on financial planning Serve as a go-to resource for the team , assisting with questions and providing guidance when needed Participate in special projects and ad hoc analysis that drive business decisions What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–5 years of accounting experience , with exposure to month-end close Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements Experience with reconciliations, accruals, and financial analysis Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture Effective communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams A proactive mindset with a desire to grow into more senior responsibilities Why This Role is a Great Next Step Increased ownership and visibility within the accounting function Opportunity to move into more analytical and strategic work Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams Clear path for career progression and advancement Chance to make a real impact on processes and financial performance We offer a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your well-being and growth: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions Paid holidays and generous PTO 401(k) with company contributions + bonus potential Employee product discounts A collaborative culture that values work-life balance and professional development Ready to Grow Your Career?
