URGENT: Sitter Wanted - Seeking Part Time, Long Term Nanny

Our family is looking for an experienced, patient, and nurturing part-time nanny to care for our infant and toddler on weekdays they don’t have school, sick days, and the occasional date night on weekends. Ideally, we’d love someone we can rely on for at least a year or longer. The schedule on the days we’ll need care is 6:30am-4pm, usually Mondays & Fridays for school holidays, as well as some weekdays they’ll stay home sick; timing is flexible on weekend nights (my husband and I might just do dinner and/or a movie so we wouldn’t be out late!) The care is for our 5-month old and 3-year-old. They attend different schools so care would most likely be for just one of them at a time, except for date nights when it would be both of them. Infant care would consist of bottle feedings, safe sleep, developmentally-appropriate play, and tending to baby-related chores like washing bottles and laundering baby clothes. Toddler care would consist of active play inside and outside of the house, minimal screen time, providing snacks and lunch, and putting down for nap midday. We’re looking for someone with experience and comfort with infants and toddlers. Up-to-date on Infant CPR/First Aid & standard vaccines (TDAP, Flu, COVID). Non-smoker with reliable transportation. Comfortable with pets (we have two dogs who are usually crated during the day and two cats who roam the house!) References from past families.
