CMFO/Treasurer

CMFO/Treasurer – GREEN TOWNSHIP, Sussex County is now accepting applications for a full time Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer to oversee the Township’s financial operations and ensure fiscal integrity, transparency, and long-term financial sustainability. Key responsibilities include preparation of the annual budget, preparing monthly financial statement for the governing body, AFS/ADS, payroll, oversee accounts payable/receivable, grant and escrow accounts. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a strong knowledge of municipal finance laws.

Familiarity with MSI, Microsoft Office, a plus. NJ CMFO or willing to obtain.
