Marketing & Public Relations Manager

Johnson & Wilson is a growing family of companies specializing in real estate, development, title services, construction, affordable housing, education, and emerging technology. We are seeking a creative, energetic, and results-driven Marketing & Public Relations Manager to help elevate our brands, increase visibility, generate leads, and secure meaningful media exposure. This IS NOT a remote position. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. We are not seeking someone who simply manages outside vendors. We need a marketing professional who can personally create campaigns, manage advertising, produce content, build relationships with the media, and help drive measurable business growth.The Marketing & Public Relations Manager will oversee marketing, communications, branding, digital advertising, public relations, and lead generation efforts across multiple affiliated companies and initiatives.The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, tech-savvy, and understands how to generate awareness, engagement, and leads through a combination of digital marketing, public relations, and content creation.
