Property/Casualty Agency Service Specialist
Midwest Family Mutual Insurance Company
Midwest Family Mutual Insurance Company seeks a Property/Casualty Agency Service Specialist to support agents and policyholders in our Insurance Customer Service & Support department. In this role, you’ll handle policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, certificates of insurance, and basic claims intake while ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up. You’ll collaborate closely with agency partners, underwriting, and claims to resolve issues and deliver an exceptional service experience.
