Pipe Yard Helper – Midland, TX
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shifts: Day & Night Shifts Available
Job Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Pipe Yard Helpers to assist with daily operations in a busy pipe yard in Midland, TX. This is a physically demanding position involving material handling, loading and unloading pipe, maintaining the yard, and assisting the yard team with various tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading pipe and other materials.
• Help organize and move materials throughout the yard.
• Assist with preparing pipe for shipment.
• Assist equipment and forklift operators as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Perform general labor and other duties as assigned.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Safely handle heavy materials and work around moving equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous pipe yard, oilfield, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is a plus.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Must be flexible and willing to work overtime (OT) as needed.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation to the Midland, TX worksite.

Required PPE:

• Steel-toe boots with metatarsal protection are required.
• Hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and other required PPE must be worn as directed by the employer.
