AI Solutions Engineer

Salary: $123,840 - 234,770 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• We are looking for 5+ years of experience building applications in a cloud environment, specifically AWS.
• We need significant hands-on experience designing and developing AI/agent-based solutions, including agents on MCP servers, Amazon Bedrock Agent Core, and integrations with LLM provider APIs.
• We value experience optimizing AI solutions for token efficiency and performance.
• We require experience integrating data between systems through APIs.
• We prefer hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and Claude Code.
• We need a strong understanding of AWS architecture, services, and features, including containers, serverless computing, security, and networking.
• We look for experience with development languages and frameworks, especially Python and JavaScript; PHP, NodeJS, and React are a plus.
• We consider database experience across RDBMS and NoSQL environments an asset.
• We want excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• We require outstanding verbal and written communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• We require the ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• We partner with colleagues and clients to scope, design, and build application and infrastructure components for our application hosting solutions.
• We develop utilities, tools, data fixes, and Sage Intacct page-level customizations to support internal teams during implementation and specialized internal initiatives.
• We communicate clearly with internal staff, external development vendors, and customer development teams.
