Production Supervisor

Second Shift Production Supervisor Second Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am; Saturdays, as needed What You Will Do Implements and administers organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations. Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions. Assigns staff to tasks based on availability or expertise. Monitors team or department efficiency and ensures that output meets expectations. What You Need to Succeed High School Diploma 3+ years of Supervisory or Leadership experience required Proven track record of leading teams and people Analytical mindset Working knowledge of lean principles and methodologies Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's Degree Experience in a manufacturing setting Why Work for Us?
