A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Job SummaryThis role is responsible for originating, structuring, and executing complex transactions—often multinational in nature—with a strong emphasis on tax, accounting, and financial considerations. The individual operates as a senior technical expert, recognized internally and externally as a trusted and knowledgeable resource.The position requires a high degree of independence, with responsibility for leading transactions end-to-end, driving new business development, and contributing to overall business strategy. The role also involves managing key processes, developing policies and procedures, and supporting initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Primary ResponsibilitiesOriginate, structure, and execute complex project finance and structured finance transactionsLead the full transaction lifecycle, including marketing, credit analysis, due diligence, structuring, and closingIdentify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with organizational strategy and credit policiesConduct comprehensive credit analysis and financial due diligence on prospective transactionsLead and coordinate cross-functional transaction teams through deal execution to successful closingTake ownership of individual revenue targets and contribute to overall business growthDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal partnersPrepare and review legal documentation in collaboration with internal and external counselRefer opportunities to other product areas when appropriate to maximize client valueContribute to the development and implementation of business plans, policies, and proceduresParticipate in and lead projects aimed at improving processes and operational efficienciesMaintain a deep understanding of the firm’s business lines, products, and economic driversQualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience in project finance, structured finance, or a related fieldProven experience in transaction origination, marketing, execution, due diligence, and legal documentationStrong knowledge of financial markets, credit analysis, and structured finance productsDemonstrated ability to lead complex, multinational transactions from inception through closingSolid understanding of tax, accounting, and regulatory considerations in transaction structuringStrong business development and client relationship management skillsAbility to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilitiesStrong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teamsThe typical base pay range for this role is between $220K - $350K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
