We Care Staffing

Job Description

The LPN provides basic nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician. They support patient care, monitor health conditions, and assist with daily medical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor patient vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respiration)
Administer medications and injections as prescribed
Assist patients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, feeding)
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Perform basic wound care and dressing changes
Assist physicians and RNs during procedures
Observe and report changes in patient condition
Ensure a clean and safe patient environment
