This role requires the ability to remain positive and composed under pressure. Key Responsibilities Conduct IV starts and phlebotomy. Perform cardiac monitoring and interpretation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Qualifications Required Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) for RN Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-pressure situations.
