The primary responsibilities of this position include ensuring the residents are safe and free from pain or abuse and treated with dignity and respect.Skills & RequirementsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required.Minimum of one (1) year of progressive experience in and assisted living or skilled care community or related experience is required.Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.Preferred ExperienceExperience providing care in a skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, assisted living, or post-acute setting is preferred.Experience with resident assessments, care planning, medication administration, and clinical documentation is preferred.Experience supervising or collaborating with nursing assistants and interdisciplinary care teams is preferred.Knowledge of infection prevention practices, regulatory compliance standards, and person-centered care principles is preferred.Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.ImmanuelAt Immanuel, we believe that our success is built on the collective strength of our people.
