Position Overview

Pay Rate: $57 - $70 per hour

Location: Paramount, CA 90222

Schedule: Full Time (School Operating Hours)

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
• Observe, consult with, and support staff in developing and implementing Behavior Support Plans, including for students with exceptional needs
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to behavioral goals, supports, and service recommendations
• Provide related services and consultation in accordance with students' IEPs
• Design evidence-based intervention plans
• Collect and analyze behavior data
• Travel frequently between school sites

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited university (preferred)

Additional Requirements:

• Current TB clearance.
• Successful background check and live scan clearance.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple school sites.
