B2B Outside Account Executive

Run your own book of commercial accounts like it's your business. As a B2B Outside Account Executive with City Wide Facility Solutions, you keep the clients you have and grow them by solving problems and adding services, and you earn more every time you do. You set the pace, you make the calls, you own the results.

This role is built for a self-starter who gravitates toward people. You'd rather be at a client's property reading the room than parked behind a desk, and you make sure every client sees your face. No two days look the same, and you like it that way. You move fast, juggle several priorities, and still wrap within a standard eight-hour day. You don't just coordinate vendors, you win their commitment and lead them. You'll direct an assistant night manager and a network of contractors, and hold them accountable so every scope gets delivered.

  • Run your territory and own the results.
  • Visit client properties in person so every client sees you.
  • Retain accounts by solving problems before they grow.
  • Sell and manage extra services to grow each account.
  • Direct your night manager and vendors, and hold them accountable.

Requirements

What You Need:

  • Management experience leading staff and a network of vendors.
  • A self-starter who drives results and takes initiative.
  • Account management, route sales, or service sales experience, or equivalent.
  • Outgoing, persuasive communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client visits.

  • Route-based or territory sales background (uniform, linen, safety, or pest control).
  • Experience in facility management, janitorial, or commercial building services.
  • Track record growing and retaining a book of accounts.
