Seeking a strong internal medicine physician leader for a Medical Director role:
Overview:
$350k base + incentive opportunities
Senior leadership role with annual leadership development opportunities
60/40 - clinical/administrative mix
No overnight call
CME, licensing, malpractice, computer, credentialing paid for
Signing bonus: $20k
Requirements:
Inpatient medicine experience - 2+ years
Strong leadership and communication skills
Growth mindset oriented
Comfortable supervising midlevel practitioners
