Job DescriptionClinical Support: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, ensuring patient comfort and clinical efficiency.
Operational Excellence: Implement and strictly maintain established practice policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
Sterilization & Safety: Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
Team Development: Support continuous learning and professional development within the team, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
Patient Care: Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Salary Rangepart-time $18 - $21 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & ScheduleWork Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
Typical Operating Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Requirements- Basic life support
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of dental assisting experience is required.
Licensure: Valid California Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) status.
Certification: Current X-ray certification and CPR certification.
Mindset: A strong desire to learn and grow within a modern, technology-driven practice.
PreferencesBilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly recommended.
